You should also learn to leave past things to the past, and embrace the future. You should choose what to pick from your past and what to leave behind, considering the effects your past can have in your future. Your friends and colleagues who you often hang out with must be those that are positive about everything in life. If your friends are negative about everything in life, you should avoid them because they will kill your self-esteem completely.
